We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded professional to lead our SME business sales across the UK. If you’re passionate about helping business owners navigate the sale journey—from valuation through to completion—this role is for you.

Define Our Sales Vision
As a Business Sales Lead, you’ll set the standard for how we guide clients through the sales process. You’ll refine our approach to valuation, develop systems for identifying qualified buyers, and ensure consistency in client experience across every touchpoint. Your expertise in business sales, deal-making, and client management will shape our performance and drive real results.

With a deep understanding of SME owners and buyers, you’ll lead deals that are structured, trusted, and deliver maximum value. From initial consultation to deal closure, you’ll take a hands-on, strategic approach to ensure every sale is smooth and successful.

Build and Optimize Sales Workflows
We believe great sales outcomes aren’t just about negotiation—it’s about process. You’ll design and implement workflows that streamline the business sale lifecycle, ensuring efficiency without sacrificing service quality.

Collaboration is key. You’ll work closely with marketing, valuation experts, and legal partners to align our services with business goals and client needs. Your ability to organize, prioritize, and execute will be critical in delivering high-value business sales.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in SME business sales, brokerage, or deal facilitation
