Lead Business Sales Across the UK

As Sales Manager at Agent Local, you’ll oversee a growing team of business agents working with owners across the UK — from small independents to multi-million-pound corporate brands. You’ll be responsible for guiding your team through every step of the business sale journey, from valuation to completion.

You’ll lead by example — providing expert coaching, driving performance, and ensuring each client receives a professional, hands-on service that reflects our commitment to speed, transparency, and results.

Deliver Sales, Grow the Team

This is both a leadership and hands-on sales role. You’ll support agents in closing deals, monitor pipeline activity, and ensure KPIs are met across the board. You’ll also be involved in recruiting, onboarding, and developing new sales talent as we scale our operations.

You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, admin, and legal teams to ensure every sale moves swiftly and efficiently — helping clients achieve the best price with the least stress.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive performance across key KPIs — sale speed, conversion rate, client satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a national team of business sales agents
  • Coach agents through complex sales and negotiations
  • Monitor and report on pipeline progress, sales forecasts, and revenue
  • Take part in high-value business sales and client relationships
  • Help recruit, train, and develop new sales team members
  • Liaise with internal teams (admin, marketing, legal) to streamline deal progression
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality sales experience across all clients

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in managing sales teams, ideally within business brokerage, property, or B2B services
  • A consultative sales style with strong negotiation skills
  • Track record of exceeding targets and closing complex deals
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication abilities
  • Results-driven mindset with attention to detail and operational follow-through
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and pipeline reporting systems
  • Passion for client success and delivering measurable impact
