Own the Backbone of Our Operations
As Administration Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our business sales process — managing the administrative systems that support everything from initial valuations to completed sales. You’ll work across both our SME and corporate departments, ensuring that every listing, lead, and client journey is handled with precision.

You’ll develop efficient workflows, oversee a small team of admin staff, and take full ownership of our back-office systems. From coordinating client documents to managing CRM accuracy and supporting agent onboarding, you’ll keep the business running like clockwork.

Support Every Step of the Sale
This role is critical to ensuring we deliver a consistent, high-quality experience to every client. You’ll liaise with agents, buyers, solicitors, and clients — managing paperwork, tracking progress, and making sure key tasks are completed on time.

You’ll also support performance reporting, listing management, and client comms — keeping stakeholders informed and processes streamlined. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential to ensuring successful, timely transactions.

  • Lead the day-to-day admin function, ensuring seamless support across all departments
  • Manage all listing uploads, documentation, and CRM updates
  • Coordinate valuations, viewings, contracts, and completion documentation
  • Maintain accurate records across all deals, client communications, and progress stages
  • Collaborate with sales agents and directors to provide operational support
  • Monitor KPIs and generate reports on listing activity, deal timelines, and admin efficiency
  • Train and support junior admin staff as the team grows
  • Ensure compliance, confidentiality, and professionalism at every stage

Your work will enable our agents to focus on what they do best — selling businesses — while you handle the essential structure behind the scenes.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in office or operations management, preferably in property, legal, or business services
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with an eye for process improvement
  • Excellent communication and people skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working with CRMs, document systems, and cloud-based tools
  • Experience managing and mentoring junior admin staff
  • Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and always one step ahead
