Lead Campaigns That Drive Sales
Our brand is built on transparency, results, and simplicity — and your campaigns will reflect that. You’ll plan, launch and optimise multi-channel initiatives across digital, email, paid media, SEO, and partnerships to consistently attract sellers and buyers across the UK.

Collaboration will be key. You’ll work closely with our sales, content, and design teams to create integrated strategies that align with business goals and sales targets. Whether it’s a campaign for a high-value corporate client or a regional push for SME owners, you’ll know how to adapt the message and channel mix for maximum impact.

  • Own and execute the full marketing strategy across digital, content, email, and paid channels
  • Drive lead generation campaigns for both SME and corporate business sales
  • Shape and evolve our brand voice, messaging, and visual identity
  • Work with content and design teams to build assets that educate, inspire, and convert
  • Lead SEO, paid social, and PPC campaigns, ensuring consistent pipeline growth
  • Analyse marketing performance and continuously optimise for ROI
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between marketing and sales

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role within a growth-focused environment
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, content strategy, and brand development
  • Experience driving multi-channel lead generation (SEO, PPC, paid social, CRM)
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for testing, measuring, and optimising
  • Excellent communication, campaign planning, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience within business services, B2B marketing, or property/agency marketing is a plus
