We’re looking for a commercially astute and strategic thinker to lead our corporate business sales. If you’re experienced in managing high-value transactions, nurturing C-suite relationships, and delivering end-to-end sales solutions for multi-million-pound businesses, this role is for you.

Define Our Corporate Sales Vision
As Corporate Executive, you’ll lead on the acquisition and sale of businesses valued at £5M and above. You’ll refine our approach for engaging corporate sellers, create tailored sales strategies, and ensure every transaction is professionally managed and delivered to the highest standard. Your expertise in M&A, corporate deal-making, and executive-level engagement will drive successful outcomes.

With an understanding of what matters to major stakeholders, you'll design structured sales journeys that minimise risk and maximise value. From strategic valuation through to buyer matching and board-level negotiation, you’ll manage complex deals with clarity and confidence.

Build and Optimise High-Value Sales Workflows
We know that successful corporate sales demand more than marketing—they require insight, preparation, and absolute precision. You’ll build systems that ensure smooth, compliant, and high-performing deal processes, while upholding the discretion and professionalism expected in large transactions.

Collaboration will be essential. You’ll work closely with our valuation analysts, legal partners, marketing teams, and senior advisors to deliver corporate sales aligned with strategic business goals. Your ability to manage moving parts while keeping clients informed and confident is critical to success.

  • Develop and lead our corporate sales strategy, targeting businesses £5M+ in value
  • Manage the full transaction cycle—from valuation and marketing through to negotiation and completion
  • Build relationships with executive-level stakeholders, private equity firms, and corporate buyers
  • Use data and commercial insight to shape pricing, positioning, and go-to-market plans
  • Establish workflows and frameworks to manage high-value pipelines efficiently
  • Lead strategic discussions and negotiations, ensuring outcomes that exceed client expectations

Your leadership will strengthen our position as the go-to advisor for premium business sales, trusted by national and global brands to deliver results with integrity and efficiency.

Success in this role means building and closing deals that are financially strong and strategically sound. You’ll continuously assess buyer demand, refine deal structures, and help our clients unlock real value through strategic exits.

By staying ahead of corporate trends and investor appetite, you’ll ensure we remain at the forefront of the UK’s M&A advisory market. Your ability to blend commercial acumen with high-touch client service will define your success.

What You Bring:

  • Proven track record in corporate sales, M&A, or business advisory, ideally with deal values over £5M
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of corporate valuation, exit planning, and negotiation
  • Experience dealing with senior decision-makers, board members, and private equity buyers
  • Ability to manage complex sales processes with discretion, structure, and strategic insight
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills in fast-moving environments
